  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before the skin has been delivered to your Steam inventory.

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of Mind: Once a digital item has been successfully delivered to your Steam inventory, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind.
  • Market Value Changes: Refunds will not be issued due to price fluctuations or market value changes of the purchased skin after the transaction.
  • Steam Trade Issues: If you provided incorrect Steam account information or rejected/missed the trade offer sent by our system.
  • Account Security Issues: We are not responsible for items lost due to compromised Steam accounts, phishing, or other security breaches on your end.
  • Third-Party Trading: Items that have been traded to a third party after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Processing Timeframes

3.1 Refund Request Review

3.2 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
